Year after year, the flowers remain similar; yet each year, the people who come and go are different. On November 18, the trade union of Wanbo Chemical organized the 2024 Outstanding Mentor-Apprentice Commendation Ceremony, honoring and rewarding the outstanding mentor-apprentice pairs who signed their agreements in October 2024. Wang Kaiguang and Wu Xiaohao, leaders of Wanbo Chemical, attended the ceremony. Wang Kaiguang, General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of the company, presented certificates and rewards to the representatives of the 2024 Outstanding Mentor-Apprentice Pairs who were recognized. He pointed out that throughout 2024, the mentor-apprentice pairs who signed agreements diligently fulfilled their respective responsibilities: mentors taught with dedication, while apprentices learned humbly, emphasizing practical experience and mutual progress, achieving remarkable results. A group of outstanding mentor-apprentice pairs emerged—individuals who love their companies and their jobs, deeply钻研 technology, and wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to their work. Based on rigorous assessments, workshop recommendations, trade union selection, and company approval, it was decided to commend eight outstanding mentor-apprentice pairs. We hope that these honored mentors and apprentices will remain modest and avoid complacency, continuing their efforts with renewed vigor. They should take inspiration from the Top Ten Model Workers and Technical Pioneers of Xinhua, setting a leading example and taking the initiative in activities such as ensuring safe production, reducing costs and improving efficiency, and tackling technological challenges. May they continue to make new contributions to the company’s high-quality development and strive to become even better employees.
